• Assist with the collection of samples and prepare them for testing procedures as needed.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory processes, train newcomers or students, and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in the lab.
• Uphold a clean and safe workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Required Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• It is necessary to maintain current certification throughout your employment.
