About iKamper

This position will primarily support new outdoor fashion and lifestyle product lines marketed under brands affiliated with SOONS. These brands and products are separate from, but may benefit from the operational capabilities and market experience of, iKamper USA.

iKamper is a global outdoor brand known for innovative rooftop tents, camping gear, and products that help people connect with nature and create meaningful outdoor experiences. iKamper USA will provide U.S. market execution and operational support for this position; however, the outdoor fashion, apparel, accessories, and other lifestyle products within the role's primary scope are marketed under brands affiliated with SOONS, rather than under the core iKamper product brand.

Position Overview

iKamper USA is seeking an experienced bilingual Marketing Manager to lead the U.S. market development, brand building, and integrated marketing of new outdoor fashion, apparel, accessories, and other lifestyle products offered under SOONS-affiliated brands. While the role will operate within iKamper USA, the new fashion and lifestyle brands are affiliated with SOONS and are distinct from the core iKamper rooftop tent and camping-equipment brand. The Marketing Manager will help establish these brands and product categories in the U.S. market while maintaining clear and appropriate brand positioning.

The Marketing Manager will serve as a key bridge among iKamper USA, SOONS-affiliated brand stakeholders, and relevant teams in Korea. Professional fluency in both Korean and English is mandatory because the role requires frequent bilingual communication, interpretation of brand and product direction, coordination of launches, and localization of Korean source materials for the U.S. market. The ideal candidate combines fashion/lifestyle brand sensibility with hands-on integrated marketing execution and strong commercial accountability.

Key Objectives

• Build awareness, consideration, and demand for SOONS-affiliated outdoor fashion, apparel, and lifestyle product lines in the U.S. market.
• Position the new product categories as a natural extension of iKamper’s premium outdoor brand while preserving brand consistency and authenticity.
• Translate SOONS-affiliated and Korean product and brand direction into culturally relevant U.S. positioning, messaging, creative briefs, launch plans, and consumer experiences.
• Establish measurable marketing KPIs for product launches, brand growth, customer acquisition, engagement, conversion contribution, and campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the U.S. marketing strategy for outdoor fashion, apparel, accessories, and adjacent lifestyle categories in alignment with the applicable SOONS-affiliated brand direction and North American business priorities.
• Partner closely with SOONS-affiliated brand stakeholders and relevant teams in Korea on product launches, seasonal collections, product positioning, brand assets, campaign direction, and launch timing; communicate effectively in both Korean and English across written and verbal channels.
• Localize and adapt Korean product, campaign, and brand materials for U.S. consumers while preserving the intended brand identity and product story rather than relying on literal translation alone.
• Lead integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and experiential channels, including social media, digital advertising, email, website, PR, creators/influencers, events, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
• Partner with E-Commerce to optimize product launches, digital merchandising, product detail pages, campaign landing pages, qualified traffic, conversion contribution, and seasonal promotions while protecting premium positioning.
• Work cross-functionally with E-Commerce, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and HQ stakeholders to ensure launches are coordinated, on brand, commercially sound, and delivered on schedule.
• Operate hands-on in a lean organization, moving comfortably between strategy, project management, bilingual HQ coordination, creative review, content execution, events, partner management, and performance analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Professional fluency in both Korean and English, written and spoken, is required . The role must be able to communicate business, marketing, product, and creative concepts effectively with both SOONS-affiliated brand stakeholders and relevant teams in Korea and U.S. stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in outdoor apparel, fashion, lifestyle, premium consumer products, sporting goods, or a closely related category.
• Demonstrated experience launching or growing consumer products or collections through integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer positioning, audience segmentation, fashion/lifestyle storytelling, content strategy, social media, digital marketing, PR, creators/influencers, partnerships, and experiential marketing.
• Ability to translate global brand direction into U.S.-market execution with cultural judgment, strong written communication, and attention to nuance.
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers, creators, photographers/videographers, stylists, or other external marketing partners.
