Overview Hi-5 ABA offices lead close-knit teams of BCBAs, BCaBAs, Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as they work together to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children and families in their local communities. Responsibilities Collaborate with BCBAs, BCaBAs, Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver in-home ABA services to children and families. Support implementation of ABA plans and monitor progress with clients. Maintain clear, professional communication with families and the care team. Qualifications Interest in helping children with autism or special needs and a commitment to serving others. Adult and Pediatric CPR/BLS is required to work with clients one-on-one.
