Director, Emergency Services (RN)

Director, Emergency Services (RN) – Full‑time, Monday‑Friday shifts. Responsibilities Strategic and operational leadership of the Emergency Department. Management of staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Oversight of scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements. Monitoring of departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determination and justification of needs for systems, equipment, and supplies purchases; monitoring usage; overseeing proper working order and stock supplies. Creation and fostering of an environment that encourages professional growth. Integration of evidence‑based practices into operations and clinical protocols. Qualifications Current Arizona RN license. Bachelor of Science (BSN) in nursing from an accredited program. Master’s degree in nursing or a related field (preferred). Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care. Emergency Department nursing experience required. Proven leadership experience in an Emergency Department (preferred).
