Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, staff supervision, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. This role ensures that products are stored, handled, and distributed accurately and on schedule while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Driving a 16-foot box truck for deliveries, pickups, or transfers may be required as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Supervise daily warehouse activities and workflow.
Ensure efficient receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
Monitor order fulfillment accuracy and delivery schedules.
Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
Inventory Control
Monitor inventory levels and stock movement.
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper labeling and storage procedures.
Team Supervision
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.
Manage employee attendance and scheduling.
Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
Shipping & Receiving
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
Coordinate loading and unloading activities.
Ensure shipping documentation is accurate and complete.
Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce OSHA and company safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and meetings.
Ensure proper use of PPE and warehouse equipment.
Report accidents, damages, and incidents promptly.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare operational and inventory reports.
Track warehouse KPIs and productivity metrics.
Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
Assist management with process improvement initiatives.

Driving & Transportation
Operate a 16-foot box truck for deliveries, pickups, and inventory transfers as needed.
Ensure safe loading, transportation, and unloading of products.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and comply with all traffic and safety regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–5 years of warehouse experience

Physical Requirements
