Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Account Specialist in Naperville, IL.Overview:The Operations Analyst will be responsible for overseeing account enrollment processes, managing transactions, fostering utility partnerships, and providing crucial support in billing and arrears operations. This versatile role demands strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to perform various customer service and administrative tasks, including collections efforts in Illinois. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a positive attitude and efficiency in task completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development.Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for account enrollments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Handle transaction management, maintaining meticulous records and efficient processes
• Develop and sustain effective relationships with utility partners
• Provide essential support in billing operations and arrears
• Perform customer service and administrative tasks with precision and care
• Contribute to various projects, optimizing processes and supporting operational goals

Additional Responsibilities:

• While initial tasks are outlined, the role may evolve to include additional duties as identified by supervisors

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
