Director of Fund Accounting

Director-Fund Accounting Hybrid Work Schedule in Livingston, NJ (three days in office) Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST Candidates for this position must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. BS Degree in Accounting, CPA or CFA preferred 10+ years’ experience in portfolio/investment and partnership accounting and 5+ years of supervisory experience Working knowledge of US GAAP for investment companies Thorough understanding of key terms of fund documents Tech savvy a plus (e.g. advanced excel skills and ability to learn and navigate web applications) Private equity accounting software experience preferred Able to multi task and perform tasks under strict deadlines Experience delegating to, training and supervising multiple staff Experience managing multiple client relationships Strong professional verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills At CSC, compensation decisions are dependent on a number of factors including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $175,000 to $200,000.
