We’re seeking experienced bartenders and waitstaff who thrive in fast-paced environments and collaborate effectively within a small team. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks during evening and weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive atmosphere and maintaining excellent service standards.
Responsibilities
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Prepare and serve drinks according to standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication
- Set up and maintain clean table settings
- Handle cash and operate POS systems efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in hospitality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Server Alcohol License and TIPS Certification
- Knowledge of mixology and food and beverage service
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong customer communication and teamwork skills
- Effective time management abilities
