Shifts Available
We offer  part-time caregiver jobs and full-time caregiver jobs with flexible schedules, including:

• Day Shifts: 7 am–3 pm, 8 am–4 pm, 9 am–5 pm
• Morning shifts: 8 am–12 pm, 9 am–1 pm, 10 am–2 pm
• Afternoon/evening shifts: 1 pm–5 pm, 2 pm–6 pm, 3 pm–7 pm, 4 pm–8 pm, 5 pm–9 pm, 6 pm–10 pm
• Overnight shifts: 7 pm–7 am, 8 pm–8 am
• Extended day shifts: 7 am–7 pm, 8 am–8 pm

As a caregiver, you will:

• Provide companionship, conversation, activities, and emotional support

• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, errands, and transportation

• Provide medication reminders and maintain daily care documentation

• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, and hospice needs

• Safely operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts, gait belts, transfer boards, and wheelchairs

• $18–$22 per hour , paid biweekly via direct deposit

• 5 sick days + holiday pay

• Referral bonuses, caregiver-of-the-month rewards , and other incentives

• $10/month technology stipend

• One-on-one client care (no facility ratios)

• 6 months of structured monthly online training (dementia, hospice, chronic conditions, and more)

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

• Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus but not required

• Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility (push/pull up to 50 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs)

• Strong communication and documentation skills (writing and in-app)

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

• CNA, HHA, or similar certifications preferred (not required)

• Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or GED required
