Customer Support Specialist

Title : Customer Support Specialist Location : Pleasanton, CA Duration : 12 Month with possibility of extension or conversion 100% Onsite Shift : 8AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri) Position Summary: Join the SJM Remote Care Technical Support team supporting the Cardiomems group. Handle patient calls, submit replacement equipment orders, and provide technical support in a high-volume call center environment. Training and phone mentoring will be provided. Job Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls. Submit orders for replacement equipment. Accurately log calls and enter data using prescribed tools and processes. Troubleshoot patient issues. Ensure proper handling of patient information. Collaborate with clinical, IT and field teams. Must Have Requirements: Computer skills a must. Strong attention to detail, Excellent customer service skills. Active listening and communication skills. Multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment. Troubleshooting skills. 1-2 years exp or Associates with 3-5 exp will work. Operational support background (sales/tech support) will work in lieu of medical exp. Preferred Requirements Bilingual preferred (Spanish) but not required. Medical background preferred. Bachelor's preferred. Technical aptitude preferred.
