As a Portfolio Manager III within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Miamisburg, OH; Wilmington, DE; Washington, DC; Tysons Corner, VA; Chicago, IL; or New York, NY.
We are seeking a seasoned Portfolio Owner to help our Product Managers deliver a series of initiatives from ideation through funding, discovery, development, delivery and post implementation optimization.
• Partners with key business, product and tech stakeholders across the Enterprise to manage dependencies, identify opportunities, competing priorities
• Partners with Product and Business leaders to create, manage and prioritize product strategy, OKRs, backlog and roadmap
• Oversee Program Analysis and Reporting; Leverages insights to inform improvement opportunities
• Oversees continual agile and operational transformation and, partnering with product to adopt industry best practices
• Supports key internal processes, including Change at PNC, project funding and staffing, budgeting, etc.; Manages budget tracking and burndown for Servicing Product Team
• Drives annual planning process for team
• Develop tracking, Identify and implement efficiency strategies across the product and tech organization
• Familiarity with product development tools like Adobe, Tableau, FigJam, JIRA, Confluence, Figma

Job Description
Manages the facilitation and coordination of all assigned portfolios. Leads the highest complexity of portfolios which require planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments channels or lines of business. Typically, portfolio size may be greater than $70m.
Manages the development and approval process for strategic initiative governance for assigned portfolios.
Participates in the development and review of analysis and reporting information related to key strategic portfolio milestones.
Oversight and accountability for the portfolio budget while working to ensure success of the portfolio.
Acts as a mentor to other portfolio managers. Works across multi-disciplinary functions, and manages vender relationships to ensure success of the portfolio. Consults with project and program managers/teams as needed.

Base Salary: $112,000.00 – $249,600.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
