What Kidspeech is offering Salary up to $110,000 (based on experience, credentials, and hours; preference for 30+hrs/week) Full schedule autonomy — no mandatory hours or rigid time blocks Hands-on CF mentorship from CCCs who are genuinely invested in your development A strong, steady referral base built over nearly three decades — your caseload is waiting Tuition assistance A warm, collaborative team that values the people behind the credentials The role You'll work with toddlers through school-age children across one or more of their Georgia locations — treating speech sound disorders, language delays, fluency, voice, and pragmatics. You'll conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coach families so progress extends beyond the therapy room. Documentation is digital, training is provided, and collaboration with OT, PT, educators, and physicians is part of everyday practice.
