About the role

The Spine & Pain Center is looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Family Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient team. This is a practice built around meaningful patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and a team culture that values providers as much as patients.

This role is an excellent fit for a physician passionate about primary care who may also have an interest or background in pain medicine, urgent care, neurology, or orthopedics. No hospital rounding. No call. Just focused, high-quality outpatient medicine.

Locations

Home base in Tulsa, with scheduled travel to satellite clinics in Muskogee and Bartlesville.

Schedule

Mon – Thu 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

No nights. No weekends. No hospital rounding. Half-day Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients across a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
• Perform patient assessments, physical examinations, and sound medical decision-making
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Educate patients on preventive care, medications, and chronic disease management
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR
• Coordinate care with internal clinical staff and outside providers as needed
• Travel between Tulsa, Muskogee, and Bartlesville clinics as scheduled (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Contribute to a respectful, patient-centered clinic culture

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active or eligible Oklahoma state medical license
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and bedside manner
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
• Willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations
