Financial Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst. This role will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis to help drive informed decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of relevant finance experience, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights. This individual should be comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment and capable of managing responsibilities with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses
• Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Analyze financial results and identify key variances, trends, and risks
• Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives
• Monitor operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings or improved efficiency
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership and department managers to support decision-making
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis as business needs arise
• Help improve financial reporting processes, controls, and operational efficiencies
Required Skills & Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or business analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and data analysis
• Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and building financial models
• Hands-on experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience presenting financial insights or recommendations to senior leadership
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools, dashboards, or business intelligence platforms
