Digital Press Operator

Digital Press Operator Are you an experienced Digital Press Operator looking to work for a fast-paced print production facility in the Rochester area. This role is ideal for candidates with web and cut-sheet digital press experience who enjoy a dynamic environment and are eager to grow within the printing industry. Multitasking, attention to detail, and technical knowledge are essential. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain digital press equipment (web and cut sheet) Create and adjust impositions as needed for each job Perform daily maintenance and follow production schedules Follow all safety protocols and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Identify and report unsafe or hazardous conditions Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications: 35 years of experience in the printing industry preferred Solid understanding of digital press operations, layout, bleed, trim, and file prep Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and imposing software Knowledge of finishing equipment and paper types is a plus Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and production procedures Strong mechanical skills and manual dexterity Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet in a production environment Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon. - Fri. OT as needed Pay Rate: $25.00/Hour (+) - (Based On Exp.)
