Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis (DSD) Location: 3030 S Dixie Dr, Kettering, Ohio, 45409-1516, United States of America. Schedule: Up to three days a week, 12+ hour shifts (No on‑call). Training provided at The Laurels of Huber Heights, 5440 Charlesgate Road, Huber Heights, OH 45227. Some travel may be required to other SNF clinics within your region. What you can expect In this role, you take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track. DSD RNs troubleshoot and make sound decisions for patients related to their dialysis treatment and occasionally partner alongside the SNF staff to coordinate care. Patient education: As a DSD Services RN, you will conduct impactful and meaningful education to patients and their families. Direct patient care: The RN’s primary responsibility is to independently demonstrate best practice techniques and deliver optimal dialysis care, supervising dialysis technicians. Complexity and autonomy: Meeting and/or exceeding clinical outcomes, multitasking, critical thinking, and independent assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of care plans. You must have Previous chronic hemodialysis or acute dialysis experience is preferred but not required. Paid hands‑on training program. Current RN license in the state of practice; minimum 12 months RN experience. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from accredited program, or BSN, or three‑year diploma from accredited diploma program. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook. You might also have (nice‑to‑haves) Training, teaching, or healthcare education background.
