Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 6-7 days plus 1 weekend per month; either 3x12 hour shifts or 4x10 hour shifts; 4 to 5 call days required

Highlights:

• Surgical specialty focus including orthopedics (total joints, hip replacements, tibia/fibula surgeries, ankle and foot procedures) and plastics (breast reduction, expansions, reconstruction, DIEP flaps)
• Work with an experienced team – all surgical services employees have 3+ years tenure at the facility
• Patient team ratio of 4 to 5 cases per shift
• First floor operating room environment with 7 operating rooms
• Exposure to advanced robotic surgical technology (XI and DV5 platforms)
• Opportunity to share staffing across multiple campus locations

Requirements:

• Current Texas RN license or compact state license
• Minimum 3 years of operating room circulator experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated competency in patient positioning, surgical prep, and intraoperative equipment monitoring
• Experience with orthopedic and plastic surgery procedures required
• Ability to take trauma call at main campus facility
• Must be available for the full assignment without requested time off
