General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Service Desk Support Analyst to assist the DoED Pivot-I modernization effort from our Bossier City location. The role focuses on resolving hardware, software, network, and access issues for internal customers, with emphasis on timely issue resolution and ticketing support. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of service desk experience, familiarity with ServiceNow, and a willingness to obtain HDI-SCA certification within 60 days of hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr
