Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient urology consultations and procedures.
- Manage cystoscopy, vasectomy, vasectomy reversal, ureteroscopy, penile implants, and lithotripsy.
- Support inpatient and outpatient care in hospital settings.
- Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
- Participate in robotic surgeries if qualified.
- Cover call shifts, providing emergent care and consultations.
- Document patient visits accurately using EPIC EMR.
What You Need
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology.
- Active PA license or IMLC LOQ.
- DEA certification.
- Minimum 1 year of Urology practice experience.
- Excellent communication and patient management skills.
About the Assignment This position involves a mix of outpatient clinic work and hospital-based procedures at a prominent healthcare facility with 16 operating rooms, including robotic surgery capabilities. The department handles various core urological procedures with a focus on patient-centered care. Supervision of NP/PAs is required, supporting a collaborative team environment.
