What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per doctor's orders
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information and care activities accurately
- Follow hospital policies and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment
- Support patients and families through compassionate communication and education
What You Need
- Valid Kansas or compact RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
- Minimum of 3 years of ER nursing experience; 5+ years preferred
- Strong clinical skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
