Clinical Manager

The Clinical Manager is responsible for the direction and leadership of clinical/admin staff to assure the delivery of effective and efficient clinical services Requirements: Currently licensed as a registered nurse, physical therapist or occupational therapist in the state of Massachusetts Minimum of 3 years of home health experience preferred. Demonstrates leadership, ability to motivate, and good interpersonal skills Ability to work independently & in a team environment to accomplish goals Computer experience (Microsoft 365, EMR software) Ability to multi-task while maintaining calm demeanor Responsibilities: Make regular home supervisory visits to ensure staff clinical competency including patient assessment, documentation, care plan compliance, and clinically appropriate decision making. Monitor documentation of clinical records to assess clear documentation of skill to protect reimbursement Conduct and manage weekly interdisciplinary team meetings Conduct timely performance reviews of assigned staff 2 weekends equivalents per year -supervisor coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Nurse
