About the Team STRUCTURAL Baltimore’s office is located in Elkridge, MD and is primarily an in‑office position. This team is the first operation in STRUCTURAL history, with a long legacy of high performance. It primarily serves projects in the Baltimore, DC and Northern Virginia metro areas, with some out‑of‑town work in Delaware/PA/NC. Project Engineers can expect to spend 33% of their time in the role on out‑of‑town jobs. Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher A minimum of one relevant internship experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional documentation and organizational skills Aptitude for solving problems Reliable transportation from the office to job‑sites Benefits PECD Program providing hands‑on development.
