Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in a beverage manufacturing environment. This position will lead production employees, support machine operators, monitor production performance, and ensure quality, safety, food safety, and sanitation standards are consistently followed. The Production Supervisor will also provide employee coaching and training, address production issues, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support production employees to meet quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.
• Monitor production KPIs, daily output, and performance metrics; communicate updates and prepare shift reports.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, PPE, food safety, sanitation, safety, and other facility standards.
• Provide employee training, coaching, performance feedback, and documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Support machine operators with equipment operation and troubleshooting; assist with changeovers and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
• Monitor attendance and timekeeping, manage department priorities, and provide coverage to maintain production operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, safety, sanitation, and quality practices.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with employees and other departments.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly communicate and hear in a production environment.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate tools, equipment, and controls.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment and maintain awareness of equipment and production activities.

Schedule:

• Nights | 2-2-3 Schedule | 6:00 pm – 6:00 am  

Compensation:

• $60,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience
