Senior Electrical Engineer

What You'll Do

  • Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through construction.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support the technical and professional development of staff.
  • Manage project teams, schedules, client relationships, and overall project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and ensure high-quality engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with architects and in-house multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing electrical engineering projects and mentoring staff.

Schedule: Full-time, hybrid — 2 days per week in the office.
