Practice Highlights: Well established practice with a great team of experienced physicians Excellent mentorship available to new graduates Practice consists of 3 OB/GYNs 4 CNMs & 1 NP Patient census: 20-25/day - approximately 60 births per month Fantastic work/life balance: Call schedule 1:4 (one call a week, 5 weekends a year)- shared weekend call with 11 physicians with surrounding practices- all call is triaged through CNMs/Laborist Affiliated with Chesapeake Regional Medical Center In-House lab and some surgery w/ anesthesia in office Physician Benefits: Competitive compensation commensurate with experience $60K Signing Bonus, $60k retention bonus Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with match, Long and Short-Term Disability Insurance Malpractice Insurance PTO/CME Time Off Coastal Living Supportive and family oriented office culture About
