The Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square, a premier healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem basis. About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients. Your primary duties will include assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized, patient-centered care to residents and patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and protocols

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless coordination of care

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatment plans, and progress
