Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Trusted Locum Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient Family Medicine assignment with UConn Health in Canton, CT . The practice is looking for a flexible provider with Family Medicine or Primary Care experience who can support both patient care and day-to-day clinical workflow.

Key Details

Pay: $90/hour
Dates: September 21 December 21, 2026
Start can be as soon as insurance enrollment is completed
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
40 hours per week
13-week assignment
Fully onsite
Epic experience required
Family Medicine experience preferred, but Primary Care backgrounds considered
Broad patient age range
Potential for full-time employment following the assignment
Minor holiday coverage may be required
No previous locums experience required
