Bellman/Valet Attendant

The Bellman/Valet Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, greeting arrivals, and safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles. This role serves as a first and last impression of the hotel, delivering a warm, professional, and efficient experience.

Responsibilities

Guest Services

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist guests with luggage to and from guest rooms
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Escort guests to rooms and explain room features when needed

Valet Services

• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle information and keys
• Ensure vehicles are handled with care and according to company standards
• Monitor the valet area to ensure safety and organization

Operations Support

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and valet areas
• Assist front desk and concierge teams as needed
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
• Valet guests cars

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Must be able to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
