Our medical staff consists of psychiatrists who average 20 years of practice at our facility, providing a solid and trusted foundation for our patient-focused approach to behavioral healthcare. We stand ready to provide compassionate care through inpatient treatment and a strong continuum of aftercare services, community-based programs, and day treatment.

The Inpatient Social Worker is a vital part of Arbour Hospital's multidisciplinary treatment team. This is a full time, Monday - Friday, 40 hour per week, weekends included at Arbour's Jamaica Plain location.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, family case work, and group therapy on inpatient psychiatric units
• Document clients' treatment
• Complete diagnostic assessments
• Provide crisis intervention
• Provide milieu management

Qualifications

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, counseling, or other human services related field
• LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC preferred
• LADAC strongly preferred
