De professional overziet technische afhankelijkheden, maakt impactanalyses en zorgt voor samenhang tussen systemen, integraties en platformcomponenten.Binnen deze context zoeken wij een ervaren System Architect die een sleutelrol vervult in het ontwerpen, borgen en verder ontwikkelen van de technische architectuur van het platform. De omgeving kenmerkt zich door dynamiek, veranderende prioriteiten, meerdere stakeholders en een organisatie die zich tegelijkertijd technologisch en organisatorisch ontwikkelt.De System Architect zorgt voor een toekomstbestendige, schaalbare en beheerbare architectuur en helpt richting te geven aan technische keuzes binnen de agile platformorganisatie. Daarbij wordt nauw samengewerkt met Product Owners, developmentteams, Release Train Engineer, Scrum Masters, business stakeholders en andere architectuurdisciplines**Generieke beschrijving competentie gebied en niveau's**Specificeert, verfijnt, actualiseert en biedt een formele benadering voor het implementeren van oplossingen, noodzakelijk om de IS-architectuur te ontwikkelen en te gebruiken. Houdt rekening met interoperabiliteit, schaalbaarheid, bruikbaarheid en veiligheid. Zorgt voor afstemming tussen bedrijfsevolutie en technologische ontwikkelingen.**Samenvattende opgave en missie**Plant, ontwerpt en integreert ICT-systeemcomponenten inclusief hardware, software en services. Ontwerpt, integreert en implementeert complexe technische ICT-oplossingen zodat procedures en modellen voor ontwikkeling actueel zijn en voldoen aan gemeenschappelijke normen. Bewaakt nieuwe technologische ontwikkelingen en is van toepassing indien van toepassing. Binnen de afdeling Informatievoorziening, Communicatie- en Informatiesystemen (IV&CIS) bouwt de KMar aan een digitale infrastructuur die deze operationele taken mogelijk maakt. Het team telt op dit moment ongeveer 20 VTE, de komende twee jaar zal de personele capaciteit ruim verdubbelen om de groeiende eisen van een steeds meer gedigitaliseerde defensie-omgeving te kunnen dragen.Om de digitale ambities van de Koninklijke Marechaussee te realiseren is de SAFe- methodiek (Scaled Agile Framework) uitgerold. Na de oprichting van een eerste platform- en productteam wordt nu een tweede platformteam opgezet dat zowel hoog- gerubriceerde (HGI) als laag-gerubriceerde (LGI) platformen beheert. Dit team maakt deel uit van de Agile Release Train Lokale IT en werkt intensief samen met productmanagement, architecten, engineers, beheerders, operationele eenheden, compliance-specialisten (CISO, privacy) en externe partners uit defensie en politie.De organisatie bevindt zich in een transitiefase: een nieuwe platformorganisatie wordt opgebouwd om de verdere digitalisering en doorontwikkeling van de IT-delivery voor Lokale IT te ondersteunen. In de komende twee jaar wordt deze organisatie geprofessionaliseerd, opgezet en klaargestoomd voor een overdracht naar een structurele beheer- en runorganisatie.
