Sr. Network Support Engineer - Hybrid 3x

Cloud Architect Location: Chandler, AZ Role Overview This role is responsible for assisting in the design and deployment of CTI platform services and AWS/Azure database services that support business strategies in alignment with architectural governance, standards, and policies. Key Responsibilities Include Developing templates, Terraform modules, Ansible playbooks, and automation Supporting deployment of complex technical solutions Continuously improving reliability and efficiency of service implementation Driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Core Skills & Experience Cloud & DevOps Strong experience in: AWS DevOps Azure DevOps Knowledge of cloud computing architectures and best practices Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform (2+ years) Programming & Scripting Python (2+ years) Bash/Shell scripting (2+ years) Automation & Configuration Management Ansible (2+ years) including: Ansible playbooks Automation workflows CI/CD & Tooling Experience with CI/CD toolsets (2+ years): Git (Bitbucket) Jenkins Ansible Tower Cloud Platforms & Databases Knowledge of AWS and Azure database services Experience integrating and automating solutions across AWS and/or Azure environments DevOps Practices 2+ years of experience working within a DevOps culture Strong focus on: Automation Continuous integration & deployment Operational efficiency Additional Technical Skills Knowledge of Linux operating systems Containerization technologies Kubernetes Red Hat OpenShift Redis MongoDB SingleStore Core Competencies Effective communication skills Ability to collaborate across teams Strong problem-solving mindset Focus on continuous improvement and innovation #J-18808-Ljbffr Experis
