Branscome Companies Inc. is seeking a Civil Construction Estimator in Williamsburg, VA. This role involves providing detailed construction cost estimates for various projects, building relationships with contractors and vendors, and overseeing bid preparations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in building construction or equivalent experience, strong organizational and management skills, as well as familiarity with HCSS HeavyBid and Bluebeam software.
