Overview
Registered Nurse – Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum (LDRP) in Havre, MT. Start date 08/19/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital setting. Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate obstetric nursing care across antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn periods using the nursing process
- Assess maternal-fetal status, monitor labor progression, and support newborn assessment and stabilization as needed
- Administer medications and perform procedures per established protocols; respond to obstetric emergencies and provide skilled, evidence-based care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, participate in rotational call, document care plans, and ensure patient safety and comfort
- Educate patients and families regarding labor, delivery, postpartum care, newborn care, and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure infection prevention and quality standards are met

Requirements
- Active Montana RN license
- ACLS, NRP, and BLS certifications required
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights) and participate in call as needed
- Must have reliable transportation
- Travel eligibility note: Montana travelers will not be considered unless located more than 250 miles from Havre
