Operating within small to large security teams, the guard ensures a secure environment through observation, conflict management, and emergency response specific to security concerns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrol monitoring of commercial building sites to deter and detect security breaches
• Manage access control to regulate entry and exit of personnel and visitors
• Record detailed incident reports documenting security events and irregularities
• Operate surveillance equipment to observe premises continuously
• Respond promptly to security incidents with appropriate emergency measures
• Engage with clients and visitors professionally to provide assistance and information
• Perform safety inspections to identify potential security risks
• Resolve conflicts effectively to maintain order and safety
• Carry out routine security checks to ensure all areas are secure
• Maintain accurate documentation related to security activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in security services
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical fitness to perform patrol and emergency response tasks
• Strong observation skills to identify suspicious activities

• Effective communication and customer service abilities
