Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)

Full-Time | Competitive Salary | Flexible Schedule | Sign-On Bonus Available | 90-Day Temporary Housing

MLR is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our client's Labor and Delivery team near Belen, NM!

Key Responsibilities:

Continuously monitor and assess patients during labor, including vital signs and fetal heart rate.
Assist with labor and delivery tasks, such as administering medications, supporting deliveries, and providing pain relief.
Educate patients and families on the labor process, delivery options, and postpartum care.
Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth and safe delivery.
Document all aspects of patient care throughout the labor and delivery process accurately.
Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies or complications, following established protocols.
Maintain a sterile and clean environment by adhering to hospital infection control standards.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

Active RN license in New Mexico.
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Required certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
