What You’ll Do As an LPN at RCA, you will: Assess patient health by evaluating their physiological and behavioral health, monitoring vital signs, behavioral changes, and response to treatment. Administer medications safely and in accordance with prescribed treatment plans. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure appropriate treatment/discharge plan. Educate patients and families about addiction recovery and self-care practices. Document patient progress and maintain medical records with accuracy and confidentiality. Maintain a safe, structured environment that supports recovery and well-being and respects the dignity and diversity of all individuals. Complete documentation and follow procedures outlined in organizational policies and procedures. What We’re Looking For An active LPN license in [state] A current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation). One year of experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or detox services is preferred; phlebotomy skills preferred. Strong critical thinking and assessment skills to provide high-quality patient care. Knowledge of health care, detoxification process, addiction, co-occurring disorders, and DSM Criteria preferred. Competency in performing CLIA waived testing. Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to compassionate patient care. Why Choose RCA?
