Customer Service Agent

To support a growing customer support team, the full-time Owner Relations Agent will manage incoming inquiries related to revenue, land, division orders, and more, while building relationships and ensuring timely responses in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Answer incoming owner relations calls and log inquiries in a case tracking system Respond promptly to client needs, managing difficult situations with professionalism and empathy Participate in cross-training to enhance skills and improve customer experience Required qualifications 2-5 years of industry-related experience in revenue accounting, land, or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various oil and gas software programs High School degree or equivalent Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to professionally interface with clients over the phone or through email
