Shift: Days | 8.5-hour shifts (1-hour lunch)
Hours/week: 37.5 Hours/Week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic RN-Interventional Radiology Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our interventional radiology department. This leadership role requires a comprehensive understanding of nursing practices, medical management, and healthcare administration within an interventional radiology setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory capabilities, fiscal management expertise, and extensive experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, medical office management, and compliance standards such as HIPAA

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the interventional radiology nursing team, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered environment
• Oversee clinical workflows, ensuring adherence to established protocols and quality standards in accordance with JCAHO accreditation requirements
• Manage departmental budgets, including fiscal planning, resource allocation, and cost control measures to optimize financial performance
• Coordinate with physicians, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless patient care delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Min 2 years of Unit Manager experience in the IR
• NY State license
• ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)
