English Teacher (Middle & High School)

As an English Teacher , you’ll have the flexibility to shape your schedule, design creative lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues. Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process. What You'll Do: Teach in a truly personalized way — one student at a time. Adapt lessons and assessments to meet each learner’s needs. Mentor each student and support their social-emotional growth. Build strong, consistent partnerships with parents and guardians. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to campus life or culture. Keep student records accurate and organized. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus. Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of English courses (English Composition, Literature, and Language Arts), following content standards — curriculum and resources provided. Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges. Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning. Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment. Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. A growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.
