What We're Looking For (Qualifications) Experience: No prior dental experience required! What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Learn Pediatric Chairside Assisting: Train to provide high-quality, efficient four-handed chairside assistance to our pediatric dentists during clinical procedures. Patient Experience: Greet children and parents with high energy, using kid-friendly techniques to ease anxieties and build dental confidence. Clinic Operations: Learn to prepare, sterilize, and turn over treatment rooms seamlessly while adhering to all safety, OSHA, and infection control protocols.
