TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Claims Clerk with minimum 1 year of experience. Will be responsible for customer service calls and processing claims. Will investigate and reviews customer claims and order discrepancies, research warehouse and delivery records, checks inventory, and determines how claims should be resolved. The job involves data entry, computer work, investigation, and communication with warehouse/store personnel.
