Finance and Operations ManagerThe Bureau of Equitable Health Systems is seeking a Finance and Operations Manager to join the NYC REACH team. The Finance and Operations Manager will play a key role in managing NYC REACH financial process and operations.Established in 2010, NYC REACH helps support primary care providers to deliver high-quality, person-centered, and coordinated care for communities in highest need. NYC REACH is operated by the Bureau of Equitable Health Systems (BEHS) at the NYC Health Department in partnership with the Fund for Public Health NYC. To learn more, visit nycreach.org.Responsibilities:Finance Work closely with program administration and NYC REACH leadership to track and forecast staff allocation on grantsHost regular meetings to update managers/directors on staffing allocation and financial updatesPlays a key role in budget creation and management for programs and grant fundraisingMaintain financial forecasting tool and provide monthly status updates to NYC REACH leadershipProvides recommendations to leadership on financial goals and budget maximizationCollaborates with leadership to assure the completion of the annual budget and monitoring of financial statusPartner with FPHNY and DOHMH finance teams to ensure accuracy and reconcile budgets; staff member will be expected to attend regular meetings and share trackersPersonnel Operations Facilitate hiring managers with recruitment and onboarding processesLiaise with FPHNY and DOHMH to streamline recruitment and onboarding processesLead and coordinate activities focused on team culture such as hosting team events, staff satisfaction surveys, and maintaining staffing listsAddress workstation and supply issues (in partnership with BEHS and division leaders)Other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and mission of the department/organization.Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum 5 years related experience in operations, business administration or financeBudget management experience requiredFinancial forecasting experience requiredComfortable in a fast-paced office environmentMeticulous, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyAdvanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) skillsExperience using Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus, but not requiredHR experience, a plusDemonstrates a commitment to achieving health equityPhysical Requirements: N/AEmployment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.Benefits:Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employerGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) policyMedical, dental, and life insurance with low or no employee contributionA retirement savings plan with generous employer contributionFlexible spending medical and commuter benefits planMeaningful work at an organization striving to advance health equity and social justice.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:FPHNY is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
