Salary: $$200,000 - $225,000 annual base salary

About the Opportunity:

\n

We’re seeking an experienced Environmental Litigation Attorney / Of Counsel to join a highly specialized environmental and natural resources practice. The role involves handling sophisticated litigation and regulatory matters involving federal and state environmental laws, natural resources, energy, infrastructure, permitting, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do:

\n

\n
• Handle sophisticated environmental litigation and regulatory matters.
\n
• Advise and represent clients involving major federal environmental statutes and implementing regulations.
\n
• Work on matters involving NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, and CERCLA/Superfund .
\n
• Work across complementary environmental, natural resources, energy, regulatory, land use and related practices.
\n

What We're Looking For:

\n

\n
• Looking for 7+ years of experience.
\n
• Significant experience practicing environmental law and litigation.
\n
• Strong knowledge of federal environmental statutes and regulations.
\n
• Experience with environmental litigation, administrative proceedings, regulatory matters or appeals.
\n
• Ability to independently manage sophisticated matters and work directly with clients.
\n

Salary and Other Compensation:

\n

The annual salary for this position is between [$200,000 – $225,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
