Receiving/QC Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Receiving merchandise and verifying information

• Update inventory records and track materials using warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Prepare packing slips, shipping labels, and bills of lading (BOLs) for outgoing shipments.

• Inspect outgoing stock to confirm accuracy in quantity, quality, and labeling.

• Pack, wrap, and load materials securely for transport according to their right location

• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams to resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• 1-2 years of Receiving/Shipping Clerk experience

• Experience working for a Ophthalmic or manufacturing industry

• Strong computer skills

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

• Bilingual Spanish a plus

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members

Schedule Needed:
Monday through Friday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm. and training will be from 7:00am – 3:30pm.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
