The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) industry.

We are currently looking for a Site Safety Supervisor to join our Safety team located at our office in Charlotte, NC. Our ideal candidate for a Site Safety Supervisor is someone who has 3-5 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or in a similar role. The candidate will have extensive experience in construction safety practices and effective communication with a diverse workforce. The Site Safety Supervisor will collaborate closely with regional and national teams, project members, and the company's Safety Director.

Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s Site Safety Supervisor include:

\n

\n

\n
• Conducting regular safety meetings to reinforce safety priorities and communicating policy updates.
\n
• Performing site safety inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and corrective actions.
\n
• Leading incident and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis and prevention planning.
\n
• Ensuring proper availability and use of safety equipment and personal protective gear.
\n
• Training site personnel on safety procedures, emergency response, and hazard awareness.
\n
• Collaborating with regional safety coordinators to address concerns and support safety initiatives.
\n
• Maintaining accurate safety documentation, including inspections, incidents, and training records.
\n
• Monitoring site safety performance data and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
\n
• Staying current on safety regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
\n
• Supporting integration of safety considerations into project planning and execution.
\n
• Coordinating site-level safety drills and emergency preparedness exercises.
\n
• Partnering with subcontractors and external teams to uphold safety standards across projects.
\n

Preferred qualifications for iSuite’s Site Safety Supervisor include:

\n

\n

\n
• 3–5 years of experience in a site-level safety management role (commercial or industrial).
\n
• Field/Craft experience is a major plus.
\n
• OSHA 30-hour or OSHA 510 certification (within the last 3 years).
\n
• Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC) is preferred but not required.
\n
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a plus.
\n
• Strong computer proficiency (Excel, Word, safety platforms, data tracking tools).
\n
• Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage but not required.
\n
• Clear and effective communicator with strong leadership presence.
\n
• Ability to build trust and rapport with field workers and subcontractors.
\n
