Project Manager

Seeking a Project Manager to plan and manage all aspects of construction projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, budget, and schedule. The Project Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and engineers while coordinating closely with field operations teams to ensure projects are completed successfully.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety programs and jobsite safety requirements
• Conduct project safety observations, audits, and job hazard analyses
• Ensure project work meets contract documents, plans, specifications, and industry standards
• Manage project profitability, job costs, and cost to completion
• Monitor project scope, budgets, schedules, labor, and equipment costs
• Identify scope changes and coordinate change orders
• Plan project work with Superintendents, Foremen, and Field Managers
• Conduct pre-construction and internal project meetings
• Develop and maintain project schedules and critical path schedules
• Manage project schedules, monthly billings, and manpower and equipment needs
• Coordinate with subcontractors and material vendors
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, engineers, inspectors, and other project stakeholders
• Ensure timely and accurate project invoicing and assist with accounts receivable collections
• Review and approve accounts payable invoices
• Maintain proficiency with relevant software and management systems
• Demonstrate strong leadership, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in civil engineering or construction management
• Minimum 2 years of construction experience as a Project Manager and/or Assistant Project Manager
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities
• High level of honesty and integrity
• Ability to take ownership and learn from mistakes
