Ourisman Tri-State Ford Now Hiring: Automotive Service Technicians
- Annual earning potential: $6,000–$15,000+ Monthly
Ourisman Tri-State Ford is looking for motivated Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing team. Whether you're an entry-level technician looking to grow or a Ford Certified Master Technician, we have the work, support, and training to help you succeed.
Our service department is extremely busy, providing a steady flow of repair orders and outstanding earning potential. If you're looking for a shop where you'll stay productive, this is it—you won't be sitting around waiting for work.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Perform maintenance, warranty, and customer-pay repairs
- Complete inspections and accurately document repair orders
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
- Stay current with Ford technology and repair procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
- Ford certification preferred, but not required
- All skill levels are encouraged to apply
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must have your own tools
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
