Gunster seeks a friendly, organized, and professional Legal Receptionist in its Tampa office to manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate understands the importance of confidentiality, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities include greeting clients/guests with a positive and professional demeanor, phone management skills, scheduling of firm calendars, conference rooms and guest offices, maintaining a clean and professional appearance of the reception area and lobby, and providing general administrative support to the office as needed.

Qualifications include minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service professional (legal experience is a plus but not required). Additional qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Professional appearance and demeanor required.
