Fund Accountant - Providence - Hybrid

Fund Accountant - Providence - Hybrid A leading PE firm is seeking a Fund accountant to join their leanaccounting team. This role reportsto the Controller and is a hands-on role. It is suited for a detail-oriented accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Prepare bank reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules Support weekly cash reporting, capital calls, distributions, and wire processing Assist with quarterly financial statements and audit coordination Respond to investor requests and ad hoc reporting needs Contribute to special projects across the finance function Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 1+ year experience, ideally Big 4 or other public accounting background CPAstrongly preferred (or progress toward CPA) Strong Excel skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing fund finance team within a top-tier investment platform.
