Du bist verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards in unseren Projekten sowie die Koordination qualitätsrelevanter Themen von der Kundenabnahme bis zur Auslieferung.Deine AufgabenDu bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle qualitätsrelevanten Themen innerhalb unserer Projekte sowie für unsere Kunden während der Abnahme- und Auslieferungsphase.Du stellst die Einhaltung von Kundenanforderungen, technischen Spezifikationen und internen Qualitätsstandards sicher.Du planst, koordinierst und begleitest Kundenabnahmen (Factory Acceptance Tests) und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse.Du führst Qualitätsprüfungen an Komponenten, Baugruppen und unseren Produkten durch und koordinierst deren Umsetzung.Du analysierst Qualitätsabweichungen, leitest Korrekturmaßnahmen ein und verfolgst deren Umsetzung gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen.Du erstellst und pflegst Qualitätsdokumentationen, Prüfprotokolle und Abnahmeberichte.Du unterstützt die Einführung neuer Produkte und Prozesse sowie die Weiterentwicklung unseres Managementsystems.Du wirkst bei internen, externen sowie Kunden- und Zertifizierungsaudits mit.Du treibst Qualitätsverbesserungen voran und arbeitest dabei eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen.Das solltest Du mitbringenTechnische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement bzw. in der Qualitätssicherung eines produzierenden Unternehmens.Kenntnisse relevanter Qualitätsstandards und -methoden (z. B. ISO 9001, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC).Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und analytisches Denkvermögen.Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Fachbereichen.KernkompetenzenFundiertes Qualitätsverständnis sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
